Monday: Lemony Shrimp & Snow Pea Pasta

This pretty pasta is a family favorite - the kids love the light lemony flavor and we love that they devour the fresh veggies. 


Tuesday: Pressure-Cooker Tequila Salsa Chicken

We fell in love with the spicy, smoky flavor from the tequila and decided to try Instant Pot salsa chicken at home. 


Wednesday: Cajun Sirloin with Mushroom Leek Sauce

In just 30 minutes, you‘ll have a restaurant-quality steak with a bold Cajun flair. 


Thursday: Grilled Pork with Avocado Salsa

We love the zesty taste of this moist grilled tenderloin. The cumin, avocado and jalapeno give it a southwestern flair. It's an easy, elegant way to prepare pork.


Friday: Tomato-Poached Halibut

The halibut with a burst of lemon comes together in one pan and stays super moist. 


Saturday: Burger Americana

Grill the patties and cargo them sky-high along with your favorite toppings. As an example, spread and bacon make them southern style; coleslaw and tomatoes, a northern version.


Sunday: Vegetarian Linguine

Looking for a tasty alternative to the standard meat-and-potatoes meals? Try this colorful pasta dish. It's the scrumptious supper that takes advantage of fresh mushrooms, zucchini and other vegetables as well as basil and provolone.

The tasty chili goes together in minutes so cooks while you run errands. The only way to make it even better is to pour it over crisp french fries and sprinkle it with cheese.


Sunday: California Burger Wraps

We love the way these fresh flavors blend. It's a snap to throw these wraps together for a fast, healthy lunch. The burgers may also be served on buns if you wish.

This creamy mac and cheese is super simple it’s almost too easy! Kids always go for the rich cheese flavor, but we've never met an adult who didn’t love it just as much. 


Tuesday: Citrus-Herb Roast Chicken

The flavorful, juicy chicken combines with the aromas of spring in fresh herbs, lemon and onions to create the proper one-pot meal.


Wednesday: Thai Peanut Chicken and Noodles

This versatile chicken recipe is incredibly the same as chicken pad Thai but easier to form and tastes even as good. Rice noodles will be swapped with mung noodles or any style of egg noodles.


Thursday: East Coast Shrimp and Lentil Bowls

If you've got frozen shrimp, some seasoning ingredients, bagged spinach and lentils there in your pantry, you'll make this dish in no time. It's so delicious and healthy!


Friday: Rosemary Lime Chicken

The tartness of the juice really complements the rosemary. Everyone loves it.


Saturday: Salmon with Horseradish Pistachio Crust

Impress your family with this elegant but easy salmon that's delicious and nutritious. You can substitute scallions for shallots if you wish.


Sunday: General Tso's Cauliflower

Cauliflower florets are deep-fried to a crispy golden brown, then coated in a very sauce with just the proper amount of kick. this is often a fun alternative to the classic chicken dish.
