Monday: Potato-Topped Ground Beef Skillet

If your butcher has chili grind beef, which is coarsely ground, select that; it lends an additional meaty texture.

Tuesday: Slow-Cooked Lentil Stew

This vegetarian stew is ideal once you want to require an occasion from meat. Adding the cream at the tip gives it a smoother texture.

Wednesday: Saucy Mediterranean Chicken with Rice

The hints of Mediterranean flavor during this chicken dish make it your family favorite.

Thursday: Spaghetti Squash Lo Mein

Try it with a squirt of Sriracha!

Friday: Chickpea & Potato Curry

First browning the ginger, onion and garlic really makes the sauce amazing.

Saturday: Grilled Brats with Sriracha Mayo

You can boil the brats in your favorite beer to scale back the fat and provides them flavor before grilling or spread on lightly toasted buns.

Sunday: Weeknight Pasta Squiggles

This zesty pasta dish is good for busy weeknights. It's low on ingredients and simple to prep, and it tastes so comforting when the weather turns cool.

The fresh sauce really complements the smoky grilled fish.

Friday: Sausage Squash Kabobs

The zesty honey-mustard glaze gives a stunning sheen to the sausage and veggies.

These rice paper wrappers would be a quick, fun way to put salad ingredients into a hand-held snack or meal.

Sunday: Wasabi Beef Fajitas

Beef fajitas get an Eastern spin with gingerroot, vegetable oil and wasabi, a kind of Japanese horseradish. you'll find it within the Asian section at your supermarket.

Slow-cook the ribs during the day and that they are able to finish on the grill once you get home.

Broccoli rabe is one of my favorite veggies. Since it cooks right with the pasta, you'll be able to multitask. Before you know it, dinner is served.
