1 mashed ripe medium banana

⅔ cup almond Milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

¾ cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder 

½ teaspoon cinnamon

⅛ teaspoon salt

¼ cup blueberries 

A few teaspoons coconut oil 

Maple syrup

 

Cinnamon Orange Granola

2 tsp orange zest

2 tbps sugar

4 cups oats

1 ½ cup almonds

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil (or melted coconut oil)

½ cup honey (or maple syrup)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Blueberry Oatmeal Porridge

2 tablespoon hemp seeds

⅛ teaspoon Himalayan salt

½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

½ ripe banana mashed

½ red ruby grapefruit peeled

½ teaspoon grapefruit zest

6 slices whole grain bread

15 ounce can no salt chickpeas 

1 cup avocado

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoon cilantro

1/4 teaspoon salt

Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

4 peeled, seeded and diced tomatoes

4 cups tomato juice

14 leaves fresh basil

1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the Homemade Pesto:

2 cups fresh basil leaves

½ cup pine nuts

½ cup grated pecorino cheese or parmesan

1 peeled clove garlic

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper

 

For the Basil Pesto Chicken Pasta:

1 pound small pasta ziti, fusilli, or gemelli

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

 

Instant Pot Chicken Ramen 

1 lb chicken tenders or chicken breasts

1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
