Monday: Smoky Spanish Chicken

If you want to make it extra healthy, you can remove the skin from the chicken after browning.

Tuesday: Sausage and Swiss Chard Pasta

You can whip up lunch with fresh produce from the farmers market and the result was amazing.

Wednesday: Barley Risotto and Beef Stroganoff

Cook the barley using the risotto method to stay the grains whole and irresistibly chewy.

Thursday: Orange Beef Lettuce Wraps

This amazing treat is a lighter version of a restaurant favorite. You also trythese wraps with turkey or ground chicken.

Friday: Over-the-Border Shrimp Enchiladas

These enchiladas have a touch of a kick, due to flavourer and green chiles, but the deliciously creamy sauce balances it all.

Saturday: Slow-Cooked Pizzaiola Meat Loaf

They're bright green, very mild and fruity, and are available within the deli section of the foodstuff.

Sunday: Jamaican Jerk Pork Chops

Serve it with a side of jasmine rice and you may desire you're on a tropical vacation.

These tasty buttery sole fillets have just a dab of rich sauce and are topped with toasty bread crumbs.

Thursday: Santa Fe Chicken Pizza Pie

Give your pie a Southwest twist after you slather on the condiment and top with black beans, green chilies and kicked-up chicken strips.

Friday: Glazed Smoked Chops with Pears

They're good prepared all told styles of ways, including with pears.

Saturday: Thai Scallop Saute

Just open a bottle of Thai peanut sauce to present this seafood stir-fry some serious authenticity.

Sunday: Mile-High Chicken Potpie

This classic chicken potpie gets extra homey when it's loaded with a creamy filling and baked tall in a very springform pan.

Monday: Gnocchi with Spinach and Chicken Sausage

Dinner is simple once you can use ingredients typically found in my fridge and pantry.

Tuesday: Chorizo Spaghetti Squash Skillet

You can get your noodle fix minus the pasta with this spicy one-dish meal.

Wednesday: Meatball Cabbage Rolls

The mouthwatering meatballs tucked inside made these stand out from any other cabbage rolls we've tried.

Thursday: Steak & Mushroom Stroganoff

This homey recipe of steak and egg noodles in a creamy sauce is just like what we had at our gran's house when we visited.

Friday: Seafood-Stuffed Salmon Fillets

You could get stuffed salmon from a big-box store, but my fillets are loaded with flavor from crab, cheese and savory herbs.

Saturday: Slow-Cooker Short Rib Ragu over Pappardelle

An irresistible sauce gives this beef another dimension of flavor that will make you blow your mind.

Sunday: Epiphany Ham

Instead of black cherry, try another flavored soda, or use sweet-and-sour sauce in situ of hoisin sauce.

Week 4

Monday: Crown Roast of Pork with Mushroom Dressing

The biggest challenge is to recollect to order the rack from the meat department sooner than time.

Tuesday: Turkey Dumpling Stew

Since it's not time-consuming to make you can fix it on a weekend for our children, who love the tender dumplings.

Wednesday: Quick Moroccan Shrimp Skillet

You can make it with Moroccan decorations, costumes and cuisine, including this saucy shrimp dish.

Thursday: Smokin'-Philled Chicken Breasts

You can combine cheese filling, crunchy coating and smoky heat from chipotle peppers in adobo sauce to significantly up your chicken dinner game.

Friday: Pepper Steak with Squash

Serve this colorful stir-fry with savory strips of beefsteak and lots of veggies over rice for a satisfying supper that's on the table in but half an hour.

Saturday: Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Serve it up with bleu dressing and crisp celery, a bit like the tasty original.

Sunday: Coriander-Crusted Beef with Spicy Cranberry Relish

Jalapeno gives cranberries an additional jolt during this rich, savory roast.
