Using your hands or salad serves, gently toss together and adjust the seasoning to your liking. 30g macadamia nuts, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1/2 onion, 1 green onion, 450g ahi tuna steak, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp rock sea salt, 1/4 tsp chili flakes, 30g edible sea moss frying pan, salad servers (optional), bowl, cutting board, knife.
