Step 1

In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar. When the sugars melt and the color of the mixture turns off-white, add oil and mix it a little more.

Step 2

Sift cocoa, vanilla, baking powder and flour and add to the mixture. Mix with a spatula until the ingredients are combined. The consistency of the dough will be runny compared to cookie dough and will look more like brownie dough.

Step 3

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Step 4

Take out the rested cookie dough. Break off walnut-sized balls from the dough and shape them into tiny balls.

Step 5

Cover your cookies with powdered sugar. Place the cracked cookies covered with powdered sugar in the tray on which you laid greaseproof paper.

Step 6

Bake in a preheated 350°F degree oven for about 10 minutes.

Serve warm.
