Step 1

Muddle a few coriander leaves and 1/2 lime cut into wedges in a shaker. Add ice, gin, apple juice and Tabasco sauce. Shake and double-strain into a highball with ice. Top up with soda. Garnish with jalapeño slices, lime wheels and coriander.
