Step 1

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the frozen vegetables for 3-4 minutes, add the paprika and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the tomatoes, cover and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 4 minutes then drain, return to the pan and toss in the vegetables, season well and stir in the basil.
