Step by Step

Step 1

Put 3 slices of fresh pear and 40ml Suntory Roku Gin in a mixing glass; muddle gently to release the pear flavour.

Step 2

Add ice, 40ml sweet vermouth and a lemon twist, then stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a frozen Nick & Nora cocktail glass and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
