Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, according to package directions. Drain and return to cooking pot. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add the garlic and saute until soft, do not let brown! Add the lemon juice and broth and bring to a boil. Add shrimp, cook until shrimp are opaque, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low; add cream, cheese and lemon zest. Cook about 3 minutes to heat through, but do not boil. 2Serves 4.
