NOTES : This is from Dr. Barnard's new books, with recipes by Jennifer Raymond. This is a very delicious topping on both cold or warm veggies. Depending on your seasoned rice vinegar, it can be quite sweet. So I like to use 1/2 seasoned rice vinegar and 1/2 regular rice vinegar. Alternatively, you can use regular rice vinegar and add salt and sweetener to taste.
