Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, mix zucchini, cheese, eggs, onion, bread crumbs and wheat germ together. Melt 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Make one patty and add it the skillet. Brown each side about 8 minutes.Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix together the yogurt, chopped herbs and lemon juice.
